Guests arriving between 09:30 and 14:00, and 16:00 and 19:00 can collect their keys at the property. At all other times and on public holidays, check-in takes place at the Amister Hotel (93-95 Avinguda de Roma).
As a deposit, guests must either provide their credit card details or the sum of EUR 200, to be returned at check-out should the apartment be in the appropriate condition.
A mandatory cleaning fee of EUR 40 per apartment per stay is payable locally.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
