For reservations of more the 7 days or 5 rooms, a prepayment is required.
Once the reservation is made, the hotel will contact the customer to arrange prepayment.
For the period of 28 August 2009 until 02 September 09, a prepayment is required.

Cancellation policy
|
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.00 per night and person for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
