Important information

The stay must be paid in full upon check in.
A breakage deposit of EUR 200 per apartment is payable upon check in. This amount will be refunded upon departure once the condition of the apartment has been checked. In addition, on arrival day all guests must complete and sign a registration form.
All guests must check out by 11.00. Apartments are available from between 11.00 and 14.00. You will not be able to check in after 23.00.
Rules regarding appropriate behaviour and security in the apartments will be explained at check in, and must be complied with. Non-compliance may result in the early termination of the booking.
Apartments are cleaned and provided with fresh linen and towels prior to check in (cot linen not provided). A cleaning service is provided for stays of more than 7 days. The apartment must be left in a reasonable condition at the end of stay.
